MIT’s? Where! There aren’t any MIT’s. Couldn’t get a qualified candidate even if they over paid. All those TL’s that had been rejected for MIT time and time again are now managers. Hiring off the street is a comedy show. No one has any respect when someone comes into your Club in a managerial role without ANY experience.
Yes. With all these changes they will have to restructure management again. Last year was a huge fiasco. Looks like they're trying a different way this time.
Basically I mind my business in the club so I'm ill informed with all aspects of what's going on in my club except I'm my area which I won't mention.

Walmart mgrs are taking the test also. If they dont pass they have to step down. No severance
