I heard the CX Cracow Center will be heavily impacted.
Any more detailed new from the crowd in terms of numbers, teams...?

Everything in CX is getting hit. The US department I am in is letting go of all the contractors as of Dec 21, not sure how it is going to affect the blue badge people.
if kracow and bgl are hit deeply, means they dont even know how to run reduced cost ops profitably and are looking to reduce CX to some skeletal shape?
They’ve spent years building that facility to take work out of more costly countries. Seems crazy that they would now have significant reductions
