They have no clue. Funny to watch as long as you're not a shareholder. Rampant nepotism and self dealing are common in this company.

I'm not sure why some of the Senior Management doesn't give up their bonuses and extras that they get to make sure that the workers get some kind of bonus, raise or incentive for all the hard work they have done.

Why is that a surprise? The new management is focused on building their empire, rather than making money. The employee morale has been plummeting like the aig stock price. Since BD started, I see such a divisive culture in AIG between “new” people and “old” people. Fire people who were dedicated and loyal to the company through the difficult times and bring in new people by paying them millions, who know nothing about the company. This is such a dysfunctional organization.
