@nyq - LOL, yeah the 20%/80% good/bad might have been true 5 years ago. Not anymore.
I would say it's mostly the other way around 10-20% good/excellent employees. ~80% mediocre to simply abysmal.
Who is running Intel's FPGA unit? Heads need to roll. And what ever happened to those layoffs? Intel is 80% good employees, 20% shameful ones.
