Does it really matter where it started? This is the calm before the sh--storm! Brace yourselves! Let's get all the naysayers on here to say I'm wrong now! If you think your safe, well your not! VP's and AVP's have been walked off already! These cuts are happening at all levels, AND WILL NOT STOP!
