As an ex TR employee, I have been through what you are going through. I want to encourage you. It was horrible to get laid off, but now i am glad. TR FR is a sinking ship, full of with mismanagement, in a low growth space. I ended up way better off, and you will too!

Agreed. It's healthy and refreshing to get back into the rest of the world. Companies in high-growth and competitive markets behave a lot differently than TR. More investment, more energy, better innovation. TR is warm and fuzzy (or at least it used to be) but it's also falling behind in technology, management, leadership, big data, etc.
