What's the situation on layoffs currently? Are we looking at more before next year?

P&CSD had layoffs on Wed. Not sure yet how many.
Aramco experience doing the same mind-numbing short term tasks over and over without ever accomplishing anything is hard to market unless you're a Saudi who is only scored the length of the list of mind-numbing pointless tasks you got other people to do for you.
the situation in the US is that downstream is getting better, LNG is more active, upstream is very slow. word of caution....having a long stretch of aramco on your resume is not necessarily a good thing...can not compare with Shell, Exxon, Chevron, even BP is more highly regarded.
I am upstream guy and it took me time to convince people to overlook aramco and focus on my chevron experience...in fact i had to downplay the aramco time and only talk about chevron time before i found something.....just my experience...
