They went to court at 2 PM it’s Almost 6PM. Does that mean the stores are safe until the 15th? Nothing has been released relating to more store closures. Any Info?
All this waiting is driving everyone crazy why make people suffer this way?

Plan B? Why in the he11 would you have anything to do with Sears in your plan A?
My plan B is already active. I found a new job, not a dream job but I have interviewed for those and am waiting on an answer if I got one of them. I started looking when they filed BK and started treating tech worse than they already did.
Per a text picture memo sent out last week to techs in blue crew, there is no hearing this month. It was scheduled but they cancelled it to an undetermined date. They are still trying to find buyers for divisions but they aren’t going to get anyone but Eddie if they don’t do a closed envelope bid direct to the judge so Eddie doesn’t know what is being offered by other companies wanting a division.
What difference does it make? They will all close soon enough. If you don't have a Plan B at this point, you are an id--t.
