I have a 4 out of 5 rating last 4 successive annual reviews,
Question: What raise to expect?

Gratefully expect the lowest raise and you will still be disappointed. Then get the speech oh just hold on you will see how great Micron treats their people. The it will be the carrot on the stick until you get laid off or quit.

All of the above! A lot of us put Micron first and then family, now looking back it was pretty stupid thing to do... Now it is worst as they want you to live there, and when you do get a chance to go home they want you logging in all this just to keep a 3 rating.

I have been with Micron almost twenty years. I am darn good at the different jobs I have had here over the years. I have always done my best in all assignments I have had. My evaluations have always been in the "4" range sometimes even a "5" Several months ago I was asked to move to another area and suddenly I am now a "2" I have been given 90 days to drastically improve or I will be let go. How or where they got this two rating is unknown to me but I know I will be losing my job. I feel so disrespected and sad ;even embarassed. I feel like a fool to have given so much hard work to Micron only to be pushed out the door like this.
Like the original poster is a fake, No body gets such reviews anymore, and if they did, they would be too busy climbing up the ladder and not on this forum. They would be in line for the CEO position
Many Micron employees don't even know how to use their email (reply all fiascoes) Or how to use a toilet without c-apping on the seat, so the lack of a full deck is a very real possibility.
I got a 4 and a 4.5% raise. I know of a 3 who got a 2%

The negativity comes from the person claiming they have 4 out of 5 rating four years in a row. Sounds more like someone bragging than asking about a raise. Either that or this person really isn't playing with a full deck as stated in a previous post.

The only raise you will get is in your fat buuutt
None. You will get a 3 next year, a 2 the year after that, and then get laid off as an under performer.
You go to a lay-off page to ask about your raise?
