Just found out today that im out. Do i have to stay till Dec.7 to be humiliated every day.

I do not know your state laws for unemployment, but if you quit you usually loose your unemployment. Exceptions are for good reasons only. It is possible that the company would say that you quit a job that was ending in December, which, during that time, a position could have become available for you thus denying your unemployment or causing you to be penalized. I would not take the chance, unless I had an employment attorney in the family advising you. Just stick it out, count your days you have left, do your job to the best of your ability, walk out with your head held high, saying adios (you insert words of choice here).
I was told by my CM that you could leave after November 10th because that's when it officially switches to Backroom Associate. But you stop getting paid the day you leave. And severance gets put in system at that point.
Not sure why you would feel humiliated. It’s not about you and you are not the first area to be laid off or the last area. Stick it out until your last day then accept your severance offer and run like I did! Best wishes to everyone!
Why walk? Keep working and collecting pay as long as you can.. you’d be stupid to quit now
If you are getting severence ya gotta stick around...otherwise bail out!!

You will need to stay to help us through the Nov even. Stop thinking of your self and think of us left behind.
I am not sure. I would wait for severance paperwork to come back. CM may approve early leaving. I'm ready for it all to be over.
