at our store we just had a meeting. Im off today and had to come in for this nonsense. Our great leader told us that there is a conspiracy to destroy Sears by giving them bad PR during slump we are in. He said Walmart and Target are probably behind it. He said too that they are using this website as part of there "propaganda campaine" LOL!!!!!!!!!! Then came the usual threats of what would happen if anyone was caught on here. So I guess they think its not really Walmart but angry Sears people...

I can assure you and this manager that Sears isn't on Targets, Walmarts, or Amazon's radar. If anything they are watching for a "what not to do" in retail. Truly not worried about a "comeback" from Sears or Kmart.
He is being fed this c-ap and has to tell you all what he was told to tell you. He probably posts on this site...from his home. I know because I used tell similar things to my employees at Sears...because I had to.
@tdg - Exactly, SHLD is so inept that it can't compete with the big dogs, so SHLD resorts to playing the blame game! SHLD managers lack both pride and intelligence, so they kowtow along like obedient puppets. The result of all this malarkey is the continuing failure of SHLD.
