25% of executive level is only about 275 people. That's barely a dent in the 18000 people they're trying to 'let go' of.
15% of the people at the executive level will be cut - as I hear it. Let’s see if that happens

Absolutely correct, and there will not be a package offered, just severance pay. Big decision for lots of folks. Experience and years at company don't mean a thing now. If mgmt wants to get rid of you, now is the time to do so.
