What gives is that Marathon is at best dysfunctional...If you rock the boat...or if you are "different" then you are a target. There is no respect for intelligence or experience. The priority is who you are related to, your age, who's a@@ you've kissed (and are kissing) and if you're pretty enough to be included on the website...there is absolutely no respect or credibility for what's really important and vital to protect the company...
Most do not even have a clue what that means anyway. The ones who are left are the bottom of the barrel as far as any other energy company is concerned. And they have no loyalty to any company or anyone other themselves. They will walk over their parents, siblings, anyone who works with them to get ahead. There is no concept of TEAMWORK...that's a four letter word. It's now all about ME...ME...ME...
That's the driving force now....
