I been trying to get union contact info for my area in South Florida. These managers sure are dirtbags. Unattainable quotas make the job we once loved, now impossible.

Previous poster.... union employees don't get RIF'd....
It's sales. S--- it up and do what you're expected to do. If your manager is coaching you repeatedly then you're not doing what you're supposed to do.

Reach out to your local IBEW, that is what is in FL
if you can't find the local union on google then you deserved to get RIF'd and treated like cr@p
