They tried to get us to sign that and we refused. Then they called the loser LP (dumb stupid Steve) to walk us out and we refused. Went back to desk, sent out a store wide Email letting them know why we were let go and then walked out on our own. Confederate flag steve threatened to call the cops and we begged him to, but once again no BALLS.
Last Feb. Several of us were let go based on age, we cost too much money...lol
We were forced to sign legal paperwork stating we could not sue lowes for age discrimination....or could not receive severance.
It is all b---s---
Lowes ruined several lives of loyal hard working employees that they treated as a number.

I have an EEOC case open against Lowe's currently.
It’s happening at corporate also. EEOC is investigating. Unfair merit increases by gender and age, etc.?
Good, it's about time some of these stores got called out for their less than ethical practices.
