I have friends that are making $18 an hour, been there for years, they are fools if they think their job is safe. The attendance at one store in the Midwest is terrible and most of the time it’s overlooked based on the OPS and SM liking you! The house of cards is coming down slowly and surely. I thought that mist of the employees left would be smart enough to realize its time to get out. BBB doesn’t care about them...,

How can ANY company survive when they have no interest in their people. It is proven that Bed bath does not want any high wage associates and that they will go to great lengths to get rid of their seasoned help. Its hard enough just to keep the doors open with the disgruntled management and the lack of training provided for new associates. I have great idea Bed Bath regional and upper management. TRY AND RETAIN THE MASSAVE EXODUS OF PEOPLE LEAVING? In addition maybe ask yourself why everyones leaving. Hmmm could it be no one cares anymore. You cut hours to the bone, the only people left are the ones who cant find a good job somewhere else because their to old, and the new hires, which only last a few days to weeks. Just like buying back overpriced shares in 2014, again you show your incompetence by laying off the only managers that kept this ship affloat. Did you really save any money? Amazon is the last of bed baths worries now. Its the people....John
