What needs improved on STAR

  1. Why do we have to open 4 windows to send an app? Make it load in the same window and we’ll navigate back to our work flow. It’s a jumbled mess right now.

  2. ALL students from CampusVue should be loaded into STAR regardless of their status.

  3. We should be able to search ALL students. If it’s an access issue then fix it now.

  4. There isn’t any visibility when a student has finished an application. We need to have an email alert or they need to show up as our first dial in workflow and then we can schedule them later.

  5. Internet Explorer is archaic. It isn’t supported by Microsoft itself any longer and is beyond SLOW. Where is Edge? It’s fast, it’s efficient, and it’s Microsoft so STAR should be compatible with it.

This rollout has been better than any other I’ve seen here but man these 5 things are some massive oversights when millions of dollars have been put into purchasing the system and researching what would make us more efficient. Fix it.

I’ve missed out on 3 students this week cause my warm calls didn’t show up in this piece of garbage. What’s worse is that my manager put me on a DM earlier this week. This thing is going to cost me my job.

STAR is designed to help you more easily manipulate people. If you buy into the BS given by Masai you are a fool. He does not care about you or students and may as well be a member of the Nazi party.

This system makes EVERYTHING harder/slower and doesn't do as much as the CampusVue.

Clearly created by people who have never done the job.

Let's make your job 2/3 times longer, give you tons of bad numbers, which will come back tomorrow after you code them bad, and demand more production.

I'll disagree with you on the access issue though. Too many people took advantage of that & stole students.

This thing is a piece of sh--. It has over complicated everything and no one knows how to fix it. “Hot” leads from years ago, system not processing things correctly, can’t get an enrollment agreement done to save a life. Should have gone Sales Force instead of this Mickey Mouse piece of garbage.
