It's bonus time. I was very happy with mine. How about you?

Just ask your manager and they will tell you your IPF. No need to calculate it, it's not a secret.
I have a collegue that has a spreadsheet he updates every year and shares with his team. It’s set up so that as soon as your bosss reads out the bonus amount you can immediate scan to see what IPF you’ve been given. Helps with determining what your reaction should be.
I meant X = gross x target bonus % x CPF x IPF
other than IPF you know the other 4 variables.
suppose your target bonus is 10% of gross
find that amount = X (say)
X = cpf x ipf where cpf=1.06 this year (company perf factor)
ipf = X / 1.06
This is a dumb question but how do you calculate your ipf (or look it up)? I’ve asked around, but No one in our group seems to know they are happy to get any bonus at all.
US this month (possibly Canada too?), ROW October.
the bonus will be payed in next month's salary, not the upcoming salary. right?
Web letters went out last week. My IPF was 1.2. Lower than last two years, but given recent political and diversity drives, i’m lucky to still be here.

My manager asked me for a share in my bonus because he gave it to me.
Have managers already told everyone if they got a bonus or do they have a few extra days? Anyone in collab sales get bonus?
Can a manager confirm when is the yearly deadline for submitting your team's IPFs?
If math is right 1.26
In India we are given bonus as they are doing a favour to us. My manager told me how hard he tried to give me this and anticipated a thanks. The day is not far, when we have to also give some cut to them as bribe. Very bad management in Bangalore.
In our BU, 1.2 is quite good and 2.2 is unheard.
1.2 Not Happy
2.2
I've been filling an RSM role for a year (officially) and doing the job in the shadows for another year, but I still haven't received my promotion yet.
I'm handling 2 LOBs too. FML
