sounds like what you really need is evidence that would get management sacked in the hope that more competent people could take over. There is lots of evidence, but how do you get it in front of the board of directors? They are the ones who picked RL, so who's to say they would even do anything with it?
Let me guess - you have evidence that keeping employees in Bartlesville is part of a greater story about how mismanaged COP has become. And that the executive leadership were really responsible for the oil-price downturn and could have kept prices higher had they been more ethical.
