Yea c-appy pay and no raises is really working out well at the distribution centers. All the good workers have quit so we rely on temps. These temps are people who can't get hired anywhere else in this economy, really the best of the best LOL! Apparently paying everyone for working mandatory OT every weekend is cheaper than giving us a small cost of living raise each year. Working every holiday for straight pay has really helped retain good employees too, good job Walmart 👍
Exactly, they get what they pay for! That’s why most stores look horrible! Keep up the good work Home Office with your bright ideas.
I work my tail off everyday and have been with the company 10+ years and stay over and do special projects when it is need and have try move but you get you ready but you need to work on few things but never get told what to work to get ready. The newer one are just here for a check and don’t work as hard as the older has

Figure what out? How to have no experience and horrible stores? You get what you pay for that’s for sure! It tells me how brilliant they are along with everything else they do!
Why raise the pay of an older associate? If they are making as much as a new associate and they don’t like it they will quit and save be replaced if necessary with a cheaper associate. Don’t you think Walmart has figured this out. Either you move up and make yourself useful or Walmart would rather you move on so they can have lower costs with a cheaper associate that is motivated.
