Nothing good ever came out of Ditton Park. Just a big egotistical money s--- for CA. EMEA never ever made its numbers.
Won't happen. It's no where near the new runway or the airport for that matter
There is rumour with the building of the extra runway at Heathrow airport, it will be used as part of a contractor site then flattened to make way for a Long Stay Car Park.
Most of the CA offices are in expensive locations, Broadcom not so much. They will get out of all the CA space as quickly as they can. Santa Clara will be the first to go.
I’m pretty sure CA own the office and land which is worth quite a bit of money. Also they have tenants such as Activision.
I guess they could move the remaining staff elsewhere and rent that space out if they couldn’t sell.

I hear this almost every month, even before the acquisition. I wouldn't be surprised sure. Broadcom clearly don't give much credit to providing any benefits to employees, which includes a nice workspace, so if they can make dollar by selling up and putting whats left in some cheap offices in Slough, I'm sure they will. But I don't think the gears will start moving until November 5th
Wouldn’t surprise me but they would have to sell the office something CA themselves probably would have done if it was an easy option. I was speaking peeps on facilities last week and they had not heard anything on closing it so far....
It’s such a lovely office I will miss it when no longer work there.
