Nike Agile Transformation

What are you folks seeing on the ground? I do not see things changing for the better, on the contrary, it's more layers and overhead - people are confused - I do not think this is helping Nike. Do not get me wrong, I know some kind of change is needed but not sure if this is the way to go. Thoughts?

Agile transformation totally failed. But you will no one hear about it because folks can take it easy sitting a weeks of meetings to nod and thumb up on high level - nothing to do with the real work - planning sessions. More people, fewer measurable deliverables and tons more travel.

If there were two people who had a significant influence in ensuring that there is diversity and inclusion in the company, and that there would be equity in compensation across genders, it would be Mark and Eric. That they are still in positions of leadership, and one as possible heir apparent, suggests that the culture will never change.
