Sedgewick absolutely, positively s---s !!! They claim they dont get emails, yet there is clearly a return receipt, They claim they dont get faxs, yet there is clearly a return confirmation. They approve you through the date of you next doctors visit, yet give the doctor 7 days to return the paperwork,those 7 days then go unpaid until the paperwork catches up....their IVRU is horrendous, the claims people are never available, they say you can contact anyone, but when anyone answers the phone, they say you need to talk to the claims adjuster
