Wow production 7nm out, Intel three year lead squandered.

Cost advantage gone, power advantage gone, peroformance advantage gone.

Wonder what TMG shrills saying now

This is not hard to believe as Intel is using windows for mission-critical manufacturing. Just reboot when you get a blue screen.

FACT: Intel does not have a 3 year manufacturing process lead. DC2 at SC site is not in use and being made into offices. Very toxic building...

This is hard to wrap my head around - a 7nm SOC in high-volume production. Even if one equates other 7nm processes with Intel's 10nm, Apple/TSMC is now in HIGH-VOLUME production. Intel is NOT.

There is no other conclusion than Intel has LOST the world's semiconductor manufacturing lead.
