Been working here for more than eight years, all I can say that Novartis used to be a great place to work, but that changed for the worse a couple of years ago to become a very stressful and exhausting environment . Don't get me wrong, we always had big workloads and I got used to it. Still happy with the money I'm making, the benefits are more than satisfying, as is the vacation plan, but the main problem is the amount of work that goes to waste, due to disorganisation. Constant changes in company practices create a sense of confusion, and the frequent shifts of managers who have different priorities make a lot of our work basically worthless. That confusion has been going on for a long time and it's not hard to figure out how that affected morale among the workers. We all hoped that the newly appointed CEO would give us some direction and that he would tackle the problem of unorganised management, but it looks like we got our hopes up for nothing. Eight months since the new CEO took the wheel and things are far from getting better.
