It's true. Lowell did incredible damage to Verizon and left by sending even more jobs abroad while filling the leadership posts with foreigners. None of these people have an imagination or understanding of American markets or telecom. There are no engineers at the top, just numbers guys who don't know how or what to innovate in telecom to grow the top line, so they always fall back to cutting costs. Our marketing is pathetic and the workforce apathetic. Every time you want to care, the 'leadership' makes it impossible to do so. What a mess. I would love to hear Ivan's thoughts - off the record...

I can’t say my morale is any lower I bottomed it a while ago but wow people are so snippy with each other and incredibly defensive much more so than usual.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
