ADP rates as one of the wackiest companies that I have ever worked for. And not in a good way. In their quest to eliminate well paid employees, this company is voluntarily throwing out its knowledge base by eliminating their talent. Absolutely amazing.

Depending on where you are, it might be better to go before year end!!!
All to make it look like the company is profiting- to drive up stock prices, in turn making the executive committee and Carlos, millions. It’s going to get crazier when those that are left behind will be expected to pick up where the tenured employees that took verp or got walking papers left off... i predict people will be leaving to get out if the toxic environment...I for one gave my resume in the works and will be pursuing other options come the beginning of the year.
