Some have got invite for town hall on Monday and some did not. What does this mean? New transitions or layoffs?

I got one too for the Townhall on Monday and I was not part of rebadging. Wondering if they will suprise these individuals with emails early Monday?
No Townhall meeting but have a Q&A with VP. This is before the "Meet Infosys" meeting - I am one of the rebadged people

I got one in COS (may be others), and this one is a meet Infosys meeting.
