I've heard from a credible source that Target may be considering some corporate and Regional restructuring around their headquarters in Minnesota in the surrounding states. Has anyone else heard this?

restructuring is code word for mass layoffs

all i can say is that if you're in TTS, a lead engineer, and you don't code, you should expect to not be here much longer. they're basically only prioritizing coders rn...great time for those folks tho
They are becoming ruthless and not giving their teams the tools and resources to succeed. A new batch of leaders is in the shadows and removing people at an alarming rate. This is the main reason Target needs a union. I despise unions but in this case they are sorely needed. Mr Cornell, Mr Shah should be ashamed of themselves.
Word on the street is they are moving the coffee and doughnut machines to the bathrooms and whatshisname is getting promoted
