Q people, i was insulted by other team members in every sync up meeting. Can anyone tell me what should I do and where should I report? Really need to know this. I can not bear it any more.

I told you INSULT THE JACKASS. BE A--hole YOUSELF. Dot wait for HR to rescue you. Office is place where you meet such martyrs. Enjoy them.They are fun to be around. Make them furious you can.
Because of this unseen cultural mess, qualcomm is doing worst now. Paying money outof lone to pay shareholders and raise EPS.
If this is an ongoing situation, why not simply record some of these more juicy meeting insults; -Project Qualitas...
Unless if you were harassed about your race, religion, gender s-xual orientation, etc., it does not matter if you were insulted.
If you are working in Qualcomm, your supervisor,HR and teammates will force you to see Xvideos.
They are scared of your competence and somehow they feel need to pull you down. Instead of pushing oneself, its easier to pull other person down.
HR at qc is useless. Commenter was correct - company first, employee second. If you have proof, get a lawyer, then contact HR (or follow lawyers advise)

Do you have proof for your accusation? or is it just made-up story, in order to put someone's career under bus just because person is too intelligent? Have proof, else even I can accuse you tomorrow for anything.
I am so much interested in knowing HOW exactly you were insulted in syncup meeting.
Many people call insult when someone talks little louder. But that is not insult. So BE SPECIFIC and TELL EXACTLY WHAT was said or done in meeting.
Now HR and management immediately tell 3rd party to call on your number, till you get frustrated. So once you are frustrated you would say something and that is they are looking for.. They tell any random person to call you, whether you know him/her or not.
Best is to route such unknown calls to 911 in USA or police station in INDIA.

HR in qualcomm is as such always sleeping. Dont expect anything from HR. Deal with tyrant and once done, inform HR to clean up mess - in terms of retention issues, culture issues, any complaints. Tyrant will complain for sure to HR. You dont need to approach HR, be such that tyrant will have to go toHR. else blow him and see his reaction.
