Yes OTS s---s but the fact that they are making people interchangable is a good thing. I don’t agree with the micro managing but having people being able to work at any store is a good thing. The years of everyone doing what they want and having individuality are over. How many people in leadership are in the position they are in because they are friends with somebody higher up? I’m glad to see them under pressure allot of them don’t deserve to be in the positions they are in.
