I left CHK several months back, did they ever sell/rent those East buildings? Last I had heard they were looking into consolidating into fewer buildings but did not know how to divide the HVAC loop that is tied to those buildings. Also, the daycare building is being purchased by the provider to become fully separated from CHK.

They're going to reconfigure the buildings to grow pot, bring back the bee farm and beekeeper, and hire a baker to cook up some nice treats for all the hard-working employees. HR problem resolved.
Yep, the heating and cooling is connected to the all the buildings and it has a massive heat exchange network that all of the buildings use. Selling/renting would require something creative to split them up.
I heard also that AMC wants the green room, but is passing on the blue room. (Joke)
Heard Oklahoma State is in the process of buying the campus and moving OSU-OKC.
