What's going on oil double this time a few years ago and still were losing millions.

Plenty work out there but sales dept are fkg useless
The oil price may be up, but the big operators still aren't spending on new projects to any meaningful degree. Might see a change in the new year when the budgets are set.
Sxxt company and so it all its worth these days. No staff left to make money and what they do have left are inexperienced, cheap and out for themselfs so lose contracts.
It's the cheap go to company who gets the left over work from schlumberger and weatherford.
