Will it be rejected or excepted, my geuss is the latter as there’s a lot of sheep in there but on saying that when the steward was addressing the meeting this morning you would have thought you were listening to management, there’s money still in the pot but not for you on the shop floor!!!

Anyone who voted for that deal working 3 shift rota obviously are a bit r----ded but these are probably the same id--ts who voted for a pay cut 3 years ago.
As for the union sold down the river again by them convincing all the halfwits it was a good deal.
Well the vote was to accept the offer, but will the new owners honour it next year?
Always the same with spineless shop floor, and union reps specially the little FAT one who sold us out last time for taking a pay cut: as soon as the pay is accepted there will will more money for managers clueless buddies I.e part time P, tube counter, Fat pie eater etc
As highlighted in previous posts the rise is derogatory without changes to the shift allowance.
Industry norm for nights is 33% so all you lot on 21% are being seen off.
Weekend shift used to be around 36% but you decided to do it for 21% and shot yourself in the foot.
As for the union reps who recommended this you should hang your heads in shame.
