How true is it that they will eliminate all Support 8030 and MTM's. Is this part of the so called Integrated system? Have not heard anything.

The last post was my job as a sales manager and my teams job in my dept. Yes, you owned it and it worked. As a sales Manager you merchandised your floor, printed signs, wrote schedules 3 weeks in advance and gave lunches to your people. We knew our business inside and out. There was not a sign team or an MTM. We also had Store Managers that worked the floor. Looks like the old way is coming back. About time.
Colleagues will have to own their role in their FOB’s now. Yes, that means they will have to set up the sale, take down the sale, and print signs when needed. Receiving will still be its own team but colleagues will have to start merchandising and fill in stock. Yes, this is part of the integrated workforce pilot.
Wouldn’t put it past the cheap s_ _t heads!

Another silly rumor. So a sales associate is going to work the sales floor one day and unload/process a truck the next? Be real.
