You not suppose to store batteries above a certain tempature and It's get's hot in the Nevada Dessert. So that's why the batteries on Tesla's are exploding. The composide used for the bodies of the vehicles will break down due to th heat and ion disccharge from the batteries. Reno's also dusty and does not have good water sources..
Since Intel is 50% entry level employees. It's takes significant time (15 years or more) to learn all the operations and processes to develop,design,engineer,tape-out , manufacture and market semiconductors. Cutting corners and stealing IP won't cut it. If you get caught stealing IP., your looking Prison, Deportation, Fines and Restitution.

FB and Amazon are going the same direction. So they don't need Intel for anything!, Even as far back a 1977, a Z80 chip was way head of the 8086. Since it ran as a 16bit processor internally.
