Just wanted to post here that we’ve been hearing rumors/facts that vzw is now going to give personal days off preferences, opening or closing shifts, personal days off & vacationary days entorely based on performance. I realy hope this gets escalated to the Presidential level & a very serious action taken against these shady & corrupt managers.

OH MY GOOOOODDDDD...... They're actually going to reward those that deserve it?!?!?!?!? How could they? Those immoral monsters!
Now the Sr. Management is going to the group asking if they opted in for the severance package. They are even starting to put people on finals without going thru the whole written process just to save the company money. Talk about corrupt... jump ship while you can

Point to be noticed here is that thr Managers are going to give personal or vacation days and also one’s regulr days off based on their favoritism. “This” is what the OP is talking about, understand this clearly. We’ve seen this happen in our market as well so Damn Roght it’s going on. It’s like screwing everyone but keeping your favorite people happy.

be happy you get paid overtime! in my area get paid half pay! yes not even full pay for overtime but half.

Jellnaty store we work pretty much open to close, we have scheduled overtime since our store has been short staffed for over a year, we are lucky to get a personal day, let alone a vacation, every store in my district is short staffed, it's a joke.
