Absolutely, Oracle is now a fake company. The managers fake their management, make up whatever they want about anyone that doesn't bow to them. People trying to do honest, real work are completely screwed over in favor of employees who will pretend with the managers that all is well and the management is great.

Wipe the whole thing out and start over, or watch the ship go down.
