60 days to improve or your terminated

Option 2:

60 days to find another job within company if you fail to find another job , your terminated!

You will have 1 day to decide once offered a choice!

To me this is just a way the company can weed out anyone that don’t agree with all the upcoming changes!

Forced Rankings ... Market Managers especially # 15 .....Absolutely a Bull sh-- process with no documentation , Bull sh-- evals allowing MM to create and institutionalize Reverse Racism, Age and S-x

discrimination. Favoritism, allowing them to pretty much F--- over whomever they felt like it. Anyone who had balls brains and was not a Stooge. He screwed! Despicable process! Nothing like it in Retail ! Then backfills the Market with Favs old time buddies. Medford, Incompetent retreads in Secaucus and Dean in Edison , a two time failure, b---s---ter... leaves twice and he hand picks him for Edison ? We will see what happens! Get out of this Sh-- Show in # 15 while you can. On your terms! Company is lost. There is No Future here ! Zero! He’s taking a beating on visits and that means more will fall under his bus! Worse leader in the Company.. I know I work for this A--hole!

They don’t even have you do self evals any longer at HQ. Everyone always said it was a waste of time. At least now they aren’t pretending any more.

Sam’s Club has been here last year forced rankings allowing MM to back into whatever evaluation they select. Save who they want, eliminate who they don’t. They set up the evaluation and use forced rankings to achieve their outcome. It’s as underhanded and despicable a process as you will find. I also know no supporting documentation was needed. Get out now before you’re n a pool of laid off terminated souls! This is not about performance management. They have simply found a systemic method allowing the Company to institutionalize Favoritism, Age Discrimination, S-x Discrimination , reverse Racism. That is what this process is designed to do. Folks it will never get better here! Only worse and Worse. Do you really want to live like this?

This is not new I was hit with this after 17 years of service in February. It’s a low blow in my opinion how do you go from getting exceeds for years to well you are under performing. It’s forced ranking this happened after they brought in non American developers. Training is not an option and they didn’t give me a 60 day PIP it was 45 days to create something current and higher associates couldn’t do. I say stay as long as you can and enjoy don’t stress they do not care so why should you. Get your resume built and keep networking keep personal notes on your own device not a byod device either they strip that.
