The person commenting on unions and TR being a cr-p company.

Maybe you hated your job and thus TR.

Personally I took redundancy after 11 years (I was ready for it) and also at peak of redundancy payments table.

I enjoyed my job, managing new technology , being involved in projects and enjoyed working with the people around me. Yes TR had some loafers, id--ts and some management that had lost the plot.

But I tried to avoid and ignore those types.

Luckily I worked in an almost standalone part of TR and on a product that was basically a cash cow.

You need a thicker skin if you find this insulting. What you are going through s---s, but it could be worse. You will find another job. Dont stay do long next time

No a union isn’t going to save anyone but they stand alongside to ask and answer questions at a time when some will be possibly distressed. Although there are some who will welcome redundancy, there will be those who find it a fearful time. Really hate the fact that people use anonymity to be plain insulting.

Hahahahahhh a union... a union is gonna save you?

That mentality is why tr is a c-ap company to begin with..
