Why not inform your employees what your intentions are why your doing what your doing,and how many are being affected.Instead you give out pink slips,out of the blue,affecting who knows how many,since there’s no transparency.You think that’s good for moral Cisco?The press finds out about the mass layoffs,and then you release a garbage of a statement,still not coming clean on how many were layed off.About the worst run tech company out there.

Hey, we now have the people deal - where the company gets to screw the people without making too much of a deal!
I sat in three 360s back in the day. Within 30 days after each was conducted, the concerning Manager or Director was let go. I wish Cisco would bring the 360 process back.

At some point the stealth mode LR term was invented to hide the true pucture followed by doing away with old 360 review system
