No. The company has changed in a few short months. The culture is going to be different which is okay,but will be an enormous change from the stable boring and steady company run by blue suits. Those days are gone. If you have been here a while I feel like you won’t fit in. I worry the new leaders may not be in place for the long. Interesting today’s noon call with HR seems to be laying the ground work for NOT accepting the masses.
Remedy to stay on the reasons why they may not be able to accept everyone who volunteers.
Found this to be an efective post that catches the essence of the changes at Verizon. Think that those who stay will have trouble adapting to the new company ways and practices.
