It’s not a matter of whether we are right or wrong anymore, and it’s obvious how mutch we ‘re going to lose if our practices are found to be monopoly behavior in the end, but the fact is that setbacks like these and the general public opinion point out that the FTC will win in court. Maybe it’s time to accept reality, settle the charge and move on, as there is no need to waste company money and generate bad publicity on something that’s already lost.
