So your MyShare just paid for a VERY fancy remodel of Executive Row at the Home Office. But don't worry. They laid off 500 Associates in GBS to help pay for it. Yes, I know that they are getting ready to move to a new fancy Home Office. But they needed a more trendy environment now. Just didn't feel right to climb out of a $150,000 Tesla or Mercedes and walk in to a slum environment. Gotta keep the Pyramid EVPs feeling entitled and privileged. So much for EDLC and Respect for the Individual.

I am not a former employee but still an employee and yes that's all I see is age discrimination. I just had a young person that just got out of high school beat me out of a job and I had been there 18 years. And I have two degrees! And it's not the first time! They said that person fit with the team. I'm like really! They did not earn it. I've paid thousands of dollars for education and gave up things. Spent all my money and time on it plus all the experience that I have. It's just not right. If I could find something outside to pay my bills I would be gone. This company is getting worse!

Any company that still has an “Executive Row” in their offices is an outdated embarrassment.
