Anyone willing to share what they received or heard of people getting for severance packages?

Severance package depends on your time with the company. It can range from 4 to 12 months of your base salary.
I was hoping for a reach around as well, but I think that Lance gives those out on a case by case basis.
6mo to a years salary, a portion of your anticipated bonus and early cashout of any up stock previously issued as bonus. Overall, not bad
