He can only control so much. What we have here is combination of failures on numerous levels. Too many people have been allowed to obtain leadership positions that do have the right leadership qualities and are only in it for the recognition and or monetary benefits. Leadership is a privilege that is intended for people willing to put others needs before themselves. What I have witnessed is people only out for themselves and they have forgotten the true purpose of their position.
