Flex Quotes

Anyone heard about presenting “Flex Quotes” to the customer with “Every” single transaction yet?? Even if they’re just there to pay their bill? We’re asked to do Flex Quotes (which freezes on everyone) just so it seems like Verizon is going digital? There are already sky high quotas this month guys, take a chill pill, most people I wud say 90% of the time, erase those nonsense emails anyways. Salesforce is just joke and its been evident that it only helps “You” partially and helps the “Store” more, I think its enough to explain that You’re in a wrong position, change ur job etc, I already know just felt like posting it here..negative comments r welcome bcz it’ll just prove they’re coming from the mngmnt. And btw ur so called, “Mid-Coaches” DON’t Help for S$$t. Just so ya’ll know. When ya’ll were Solution Specialists, ya’ll tanked in all the money, nowadays times have changed, consumer’s mindset has changed, ur Daddy, “Amazon” is here so how r ur age old stupid ideas r gonna help us? Why can’t ya’ll do & actually “DO” the inventory count & keep ur jobs instrad of telling us to get rh hell out? Oh, & btw “It doen’t matter how much the company’s VP “LOVES”, the product, ot S---S & that too BIG TIME!! There’s gotte b an investigation abt how much does an “SM” cost and what di they actually DO yo get lets say “A” sale. Just by carrying it around, and demoing it like am id--t, it ain’t gonna get ya’ll them “Airpods” Aight??? Enough said here.... it’s gonna be the same old stuff once we get back to work. Union is the answer at this time!!

You went on quite a tangent with your thoughts. Although you stated several issues, you never gave any viable solutions besides getting a union, which doesn't help. One thing that I do know about sales is that you are either selling or being sold something. In this case, you have sold yourself that sales doesn't take work or is useless. You mean to tell me that there is a tool that you can use to properly quote customers monthly pricing with everything included. Annnnd if they don't buy today I can send them the quote and my business card to follow up. Sounds like a great tool to have. Look, sales is not the easiest thing to do. It takes a great deal of practice and working on different skill sets to really be successful. You have to commit to improving salesmen ship on a daily basis. Be honest with yourself by acknowledging if sales is for you. If not quit. Do something or work somewhere else that will bring you happiness. Don't be a place holder. If I was your manager, I would definitely work with you around overcoming objections and asking great questions. But before any of that was to happen you would need to work on your attitude and mindset. Cleary its affecting your overall work. Good luck and hope 2019 is better for ya.

Eaq, you must be new, or a DM, anyone that has been here more than a year can see the writing on the wall, stores are dead, it's just a matter of time before you are working for and agent or reseller, keep drinking that Kool aid!

So, flex quotes actually helped me, i dont have to do math anymore, and Ive got an easy way to call back my customers and check in on them. Ive never really had an issue with freezing, but when I have, I woukd usually just call IT and the dude would help me right over the phone. My flex quotes are all requested by customers, so usually they dont just deleted them. Im not sure if OP is just spamming emails without talking to customers or not.

Ive been a-- for several years now, and I will tell you, just from your attitude and entitled tone, no one has taught you that, as a salesperson, your priority to take care of your family is to understand how to get paid. I learned quickly that in order to get paid, my habits had to change. I dont sell because any company official loves it, I sell it in a way an because it makes sense for my customer. That doesnt happen when you have an entitled and piss poor attitude like yours. I honestly dont care what my bosses get paid, because i focus my efforts on me and what I do, that way I make money instead of wondering why I didnt make money. Im no big fan if every thing this company does, but I think you need to seriously think about quitting if that is the attitude you are going to have, you dont deserve that job if that is the attitude you are putting forth to our customers. Best of luck in a field that does not involve sales or customer service.

Flex quote ties directly into sales force. If you save a quote from a customers account it will auto load it to sale force and inflate the numbers.

The managers don’t know how to manage. They only know how to inflate numbers.

Unbelievable that companies employ people who cannot construct a grammatically correct sentence.

I have no idea what this post was trying to convey.

You are clearly well educated. Your grammyis impeccable. I would be proud to have such a high class member on our team. It must be so difficult to work for a manager that expects you to discuss and sell the products your store is asked to sell. How dare they compensate you for such a thing!
