Although SWN isn’t quite at the wayside, they should be allowed at this time to RIP. I recommend SWN host visitation with a guest book. I think this site should reflect condolence and fond memories.

I love team SWN! So grateful to be here. Started as an intern and will definitely finish my career here. Love the Market and their innovative cooking. Plus, they paid my student loans for me. Couldn’t be a better fit. I will always be loyal to SWN, because they’ve been so good to me, and that will never, ever change.
@ Sad mom of 2 - were you terminated for cause? Did you do something that got you terminated or SWN is simply cutting back dead weight? Are there more layoffs coming soon? What's the story?
I was terminated this morning. Haven’t even read through packet yet. Was enjoying the group in the Market every morning, but I’ll have to find another support group, I guess. Wishing everyone well as I start a new journey. It was a quick 14 months, but will forever cherish the friendships and memories made. Hoping I get some kind of severance so I don’t have to call my ex for financial support. But was so shocked I just took my personal stuff and headed out. Happy trails, ya’ll.
I have to say,.... Yaaaaassss!! The guys (and gals) are legit running this company! I mean I say we start a WCW and a MCM (woman crush Wednesday and Man crush Monday) ASAP! Reminds me a lot of my sorority days and the inspirational leader we had my junior year! So much creativity, and the Christmas parties and socials were second to none! We were the best on campus!
I mean, I’m so in love with this company so far, bae! The sky is the limit and love the life (and some work) balance that is offered. When I get married ad have kids it will be so great!
You should care. They are truly world class leaders as HR and CEO. I overheard in the Market (think it was that group of millennials) talking about how lucky they are to seen mentors like that standing in line with them getting pecan crusted spring fed trout and organic glazed carrots. We are lucky to have them be in the same room as us mortals. I care and will be with SWN the rest of my career.
You only have a few individuals to thank for the demise of the culture and the downfall of swn. Jmc and bw - the professional management team. Such a dynamic duo.
