I recently put my two week notice on my bosses desk. He didn’t care as all leadership is replaceable. I got tired of putting all this hard work in, and all out comes lead to layoffs.

You cut budget and increase sales, your laid off.
You dedicate multiple years to the company, your laid off.
You keep your team positive even though all these uncertain times, your laid off.
You make multiple positive guest connections, your laid off.
You watch out for safety, your laid off.
We’re so use to being miserable that a 35 cent increase looks heavenly as we had no raises in two years.
All of you will go through this Christmas Season, or next fall, or next spring, or next summer playing the same layoff game. The misery won’t stop till you stop playing thier game.
