Are there any associates on here who's club does not have a night crew and if so how in the world do they even get close to meeting company standards.

Not having a night crew is not all that muppet. Trying to do the whole thing different might not traditionally work. Well at least they can see the work in the day instead of crying who fault is and recognizing what’s real for both instead of throwing it side ways. Sams Club is garbage. Can’t even keep it real for the associates.
I have been with the same club over 30 years. We have always had a night crew even when the club is ro open at noon. Who really knows. I've never seen anything like this mess.
Most retail companies are moving away from overnight stocking.... associates need to adapt quickly. It worked a long time ago it will work again with or without you...
Was told night crew would have all dry dcs done....paperwork from all overnight trucks would be keyed....and hours for one forklift driver would go 2 hrs later (11-7)...not likely!
So then nothing’s changed in receiving? Still looks like pooo?
Sams did not overnight associates long time ago.

Everyone has to be on point. No weak links in the chain. If one isn’t strong enough to get the job done everyone suffers.
